Warm comfortable flat in great location.

Positiv: Very cosy in cold weather. Very comfortable beds. Very spacious. Location ideal for us. Good towels. Easy shower to use. Secure shutters on windows (it’s ground floor).

Negativ: There was an odour in the fridge ( presumably the last visitors had stored something whiffy). Everything was functionally excellent, it just felt a bit utilitarian, rather than luxurious, but TBH I’d rather pay for warmth and comfortable beds than fancy decor.

Pretty convenient apartment for a short stay

Positiv: This spacious three-bedroom apartment is ideally located near all major Berlin attractions and comes at a very reasonable price. Great restaurants are nearby, Wolt delivery is quick, and the kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

Negativ: Kitchen didnt have sugar. Everything else was there.

L'appartement correspondait globalement à mon besoin

Positiv: L'appartement est très spacieux et très propre. L'accès est très facile et la localisation proche des transports et des commerces.

Negativ: La douche est un peu sommaire et il manque des équipements dans la cuisine (bols, saladier, ...). Un petit canapé dans la chambre qui sert de séjour serait un plus.

Positiv: L'appartamento è dotato di tre camere da letto con un bagno e cucina con tutti i confort, Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito,la casa super riscaldata e a pochi minuti dalla metropolitana

Overall, it is a great value for money. I recommend it for tourists.

Positiv: WiFi is excellent. Bedrooms are good size and comfortable. Check in and check out is good. Host is very responsive. Location is ok, reasonable neighborhood, plenty of restaurants nearby. U-Bahn is 10 mins walk. Tram is 3 mins walk. Cafe next door is excellent. Morning breakfast and good coffee are right next door.

Negativ: Kitchen, living room, and TV are crammed into a little space. For our purpose, it worked out ok. Entry doors and foyer are dated. Need upgrades. Graffiti on the outside front door and walls outside the house had graffiti and does not give a good impression. However, the interior is upgraded, walls are painted and nice. Flooring can be improved
