Positiv: Zentral gut gelegen, sehr sauber, problemlos einchecken. Hatten etwas Probleme rein zu kommen, lag aber an uns. Türgriff wird von unten zur Seite hoch gedreht, dachte es ist eine Schiebetür 🫣aber einfach drücken. Ansonsten alles super, sehr empfehlenswert

Positiv: Ich war früher als geplant da und habe erlebt, dass alles gereinigt und vorbereitet wird.

Negativ: Der Betreuer kann wahrscheinlich kein Deutsch und antwortet auf Fragen nur mit Textbausteinen. Ich habe nach einer früheren Checkinzeit gefragt und habe gar keine Antwort erhalten.

Wohnung in zentraler Lage und trotzdem ruhig.

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt zentral, sodass man in Mitte zu Fuss alles gut erreichen kann, S- und U-Bahn sind auch in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage, diverse Restaurants befinden sich in Laufweite.

Negativ: Ich war jetzt alleine unterwegs, wenn man zu zweit in der Wohnung ist, wäre ein Zweitschlüssel brauchbar. Ansonsten muss man den einen immer in den Safe zurücklegen (geht natürlich auch).

Positiv: Location and price are the main advantages. Easy check -in and check-out with online guide. Room is big enough. Very attentive staff online responded fast to any question you need. Kitchen is small but everything works (just skillet is too small), special thanks for capsule ala Nespresso coffee machine.

Negativ: Plumbing is a bit old and needs fixing. In cold days the temperature in the room a bit low but not critical.

Great stay!

Positiv: It was a really cozy apartment next to the Tempodrom and close to everything else, with great communication. It was really clean and very welcoming. I'd come back for sure!

Negativ: Maybe that the street is very dark at night, but it isn't a bad neighborhood so it isn't really a problem.

Comfortable stay in a super central studio

Positiv: The studio is very well equipped, and we found it very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is small but fully equipped for cooking your meals. The size (45 m2) is suitable for 3 or 4 people. We stayed in Berlin during quite hot August days, and the apartment - even if without air conditioning - remains very cool, probably because it is at the ground floor. The position is really strategic: 2 minutes from Mendelsson metro station, 15 minutes from Potsdamer platz, super central. The area is quiet and safe. As written in other reviews, the studio is at the ground floor, and both the glass door and windows look on a pedestrian passage, but during the day people cannot see from outside what is going on inside, and at night you can pull the curtains, so it was not a problem for us. Overall, definitely recommended!

Negativ: The pillows are very high, they should be replaced by normal pillows. At the beginning I was a bit confused, as right after reserving on Booking I received an email from Arbio, a portal of house renting, asking me to pay directly on their website or through a bank transfer. After some interactions with the Booking customer service and the Arbio team, I understood that this is a normal procedure and I paid by bank transfer. Arbio also asked a 250 € deposit in case of damage to the studio, but it was promptly released after our check-out. Both Martin and the Arbio team are quite responsive.

Positiv: The apartment is a great option for people travelling in a group (friends or a family) and combines everything you need for a comfortable stay and a location in the centre of the German capital. There are lots of transport opportunities that can bring you to the main sights, and some supermarkets in the closest vicinity. We were happy to use this accommodation and recommend it to everyone who appreciate comfort and a good value for money.

Positiv: Big room, studio flat, easy to connect to the city. Staff provided clear instructions regarding check in and out. Fast response. Friendly.

Negativ: Kitchen with limited utensils for cooking. The coffee machine unfortunately was defective. Not a nice building, but we didn't care about it.

Positiv: Apartment clean and tidy. Basic consumables provided. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Several restaurants locally, Bavarian good, BRLO brwhouse excellent for beer and food (outside).

Negativ: No problems, price was good value.
