Positiv: Sehr gute Ausstattung, bequeme Betten und super Lage

Es war für unser Geschäftsmeeting perfekt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Positiv: unkompliziertes Einchecken dank Smart lock System. Gute Kommunikation.

Positiv: It was very close to the exhibition center and metro station and also markets. It was a safe area. Nothing uncomfortable happened. The house was very clean and comfortable. You can stay with peace of mind

Negativ: Being a business trip, not having decent sized towels and duvet for the 4th bedroom wasn’t a problem, but a bit of disappointment.

Positiv: We traveled with 2 big kids and a 1-year-old baby, as well as grandma and uncle, so we needed a spacious apartment so the baby would feel free to crawl around and still have privacy. The apartment was amazing, very clean and comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. Very clean and location was quite but still not very far from all touristic locations.

Negativ: Would have been nice if we could leave our baggage after check out since the checkout is very early and our flight was very late, but other than that everything was perfect.

Comfy stay in Berlin for 4 to 6 people.

Positiv: We arrived a bit earlier. It took just a phone call and the host made the door code immediatly avalable for us. Great location near the subway station Many supermarkets around to choose from Nice little well equiped kitchen Many little eateries around Middle class area, neither the dirty Berlin nor the trendy Berlin. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. We were a family of four so we had lots of space to relax. Even free parking in this quarter

Negativ: Hard to say. Everything was fine. Maybe the separation of the garbage could be improved by providing different bins for bio waste and plastic waste.

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement, très propre, confortable, bien aménagé et bien situé.

Positiv: Le confort, le calme du quartier, la proximité de commerces, d'espaces verts, de sites à visiter, de la gare pour se rendre au centre de Berlin, la propreté du logement, l'insonorisation de l'appartement, l'accès au logement par une clef à code, le savon dans la douche et sur le lavabo, les deux salles de bain, le petit balcon

Negativ: Penser au réassort de la vaisselle (nous étions 7 et certains couverts ou tasses étaient en 4 ou 5 exemplaires), réparer le porte sèche cheveux dans une des salles de bain, mettre des rideaux qui occultent davantage la lumière dans les chambres pour mieux dormir, changer le couteau à pain qui ne coupe pas, vérifier une des lampes dans une chambre (lumière gresillante).

Positiv: El apartamento es tal cual. Hemos estado en Diciembre y todo calefactado, el agua caliente cae al momento. Cocina completa. Hemos estado 6 personas muy cómodas.

Negativ: I wish dining room area had window.
