Positiv: Wer auf der Suche nach einer Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz ist, wird hier fündig. Sehr schön ist ein kleines Kinderzimmer angrenzend an ein Schlafzimmer.
Negativ: Wie schon in anderen Kommentaren erwähnt: die Vorhänge sind zu klein und schließen das Licht nicht aus.

Works very well for a family visiting Berlin
Positiv: Easy location, very spacious, 3 separate bedrooms and a good functioning shower. The beds were comfortable. Quiet area. The heating worked really well. It was -6 outside but it was nice and warm inside. The staff was very friendly and instructions clear.
Negativ: The curtains could be somewhat larger because a lot of light came through in the morning. The Beamer and location of it is not ideal and didn’t work properly. We didn’t inform the staff of it since we decided not to use it but for people that like to watch movies it might be an issue.

Good apartment, would use again
Positiv: Nice apartment, clean, lots of room, good shower. Close to local shops and lots of good restaurants and public transport nearby.
Negativ: Projector was fun but hard to set up. Volume too low for movies without additional speaker.

Fantastic family apartment
Positiv: Lots of space for family with grandparents. Kitchen was well equipped though only for 1 person to move around and cook!
Negativ: On ground floor. So hear people walking past outside.

Positiv: Everything. Good location (U-bahn, S-bahn, groceries in walking distance) , well furbished flat as shown in the pictures. Suitable for 10 people. The host even provided some basic spices, cereals, corn flakes, milk and coffee.
Negativ: Minor issue: The chairs were a bit unstable, maybe in the future they should be fixed or changed, because we didn't feel safe sitting on them.

Great. I would love to stay there again.
Positiv: The apartment is lovely. Large spacious rooms, tastefully decorated, everything in good condition and very clean. It is equipped with everything we needed - comfortable beds with clean linen and nice pillows and comforters. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils - whatever necessary. Including a toaster and real espresso machine and basic supplies such as coffee, cooking oil, salt and spices. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood with a tram stop a couple of minutes from the door, a supermarket a block away, and plenty of other shops and restaurants within 10 or 15 minute walk. We really liked the place, didn't want to leave. The representatives from the owners were very helpful and considerate.
Negativ: As said in previous reviews - the curtains in the bedrooms do not cover the windows, so a lot of light comes in. In the main bedroom light comes in during the night as well from the street lamps. Note that the entrance to the children's bedroom is through the second bedroom. This could be an advantage or disadvantage - depending on the group of guests.

Dentro de todo una buena estancia
Positiv: El departamento es muy bonito y amplio para una familia como la mía. Me sorprendió que tenía todo lo indispensable para las 10 personas. El dormitorio para el niño fue espectacular con juguetes para él y entretenimiento.
Negativ: -Que los últimos 2 días el agua caliente no salió por la regadera y mi familia tuvo que bañarse con agua helada y aún estaba haciendo frío. -Que no tienen disposición para poder adelantar por lo menos 1 hora más el Check in

Positiv: Très bel emplacement dans un quartier calme à proximité des rues animées. Restaurants, bars et commerces sont très accessibles . Tous les transports à proximité. L’appartement est très spacieux, très propre et surtout très élégant. J’ai adoré la décoration soignée de très bon goût. Rien ne manquait pour un séjour des plus agréables. je recommande vivement cette adresse
