Steampunk Penthouse with roof top terrace

Abtauchen über den Dächern von Berlin.

Positiv: Super-komfortables Bett, in dem man wie eine Prinzessin schläft. Freigeist-Atmosphäre, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Loft-Charakter.

Wir kommen wieder.

Positiv: … eine außergewöhnliche, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in ruhiger zentraler Lage mit einer großen tollen Dachterrasse. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

The highlight of our trip!

Positiv: The place is so unique! And there's so much to discover - how the rooftop terrace(s) link, what kind of quirky details there are, we even kinda had to discover the fridge, it was so well camouflaged... it's clear that the owner has a great sense of humour. Also - amazing location, great communication from the host. I'm so glad I found this gem! I'd definitely like to visit again.

Negativ: There are two things that might be considered downsides by some people: the climb (there's no lift in the building, so carrying our big suitcase all the way was a bit painful) and the lack of perfect privacy, because the terrace is shared with one other apartment. But really, unless you have mobility issues or the desire to be absolutely isolated from the outside world, these issues are absolutely tiny and the vibe is worth it.

Positiv: Was a funky design and really cool rooftop, the place it self was super clean and overall good stay and different experience.

Negativ: Some transparency with the lack of privacy in the accomodation would of been good to know as theres a shared hallway with the flat next door to the rooftop terrace and windows that don’t have curtains on them looking directly into the apartment in full view of whoever is staying next door. The only room with curtains is the bedroom which is either pitch black if you want privacy or completely open to whoever walks passed from next door.

Positiv: The photos didn't do it enough justice. It's a very quirky and interesting apartment. Bed is comfortable, nice lighting, beautiful terrace.

Negativ: The sofa could do with some work. Whilst we didn't spend too much time in the flat, a cosier sofa would have definitely made it a more comfortable stay.

Positiv: We immediately felt at home and enjoyed the original furnished appartment and wonderful roof garden and the quiteness in the middle of Berlin. The location is also very good: close to Victoria park and all kind of nice bars/cafetaria’s/restaurants where you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Absolute must visit!

Positiv: It truly had an atmosphere. Lots of details and unique elements. Nice shower and a comfortable bed. Kitchen has everything you need. The rooftop is nice for sunbathing. Bus stop is right around the corner and the S/U-bahn is a 10-15min walk.

Negativ: A sofa would be nice, but if you’re travelling alone.. the funky chair will do

LOVE LOVE LOVE this apartment!

Positiv: This is an absolutely unique apartment and it was truly a privilege to stay in it. The love and creativity that went into the design is everywhere, we discovered new things every day that brought a smile to our faces. It very spacious and clean and warm perfect for our weeklong trip. There are amazing views of the city from the roof terraces. Our host was always available for any questions. Location is very good and a short walk to the S and U bahn and shops etc. We would love to stay here again.

Negativ: A second armchair or a comfier sofa would have been great and a curtain for the conservatory door.

Superbe appartement atypique à Berlin avec terrasses !

Positiv: Appartemment superbe et unique, spacieux Une décoration atypique mais pleine de charme ! Très bien équipé, lit conforatble et superbes terrasses (au pluriel) avec très belle vues sur Berlin !! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous sommes sentis très bien :)

Negativ: Tout était top ; l'eau de la douche aurait juste pu être un peu plus chaude :)
