Gesundbrunnen Studio

Positiv: Gute Anbindung an S und U-Bahn, kostenfreier Parkplatz am Haus, sensationelle Bäckerei auf der anderen Straßenseite, klein, aber sauber und okay für Kurzaufenthalt

Negativ: Das 3. Bett ist kein Schlafsofa, sondern ein ziemlich schlichter Ausklappsessel, nicht so richtig bequem. Eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt.

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.Parkplatz inbegriffen. Zimmer zum übernachten völlig ausreichend mit der Ausstattung.

Positiv: The apartment is really great for the price. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment looks even better than in the photos :)

Quiet place good for cyclists

Positiv: The flat is OK. Location also fine - the flat is secluded in a courtyard, so there are no street sounds. It is within walking distance from the Gesundbrunnen train station. I travelled on a bicycle and such a flat is just perfect. The courtyard feels safe enough to leave the bicycle outside, but it is also easy to take the bike into the flat (entrance directly from the courtyard).

Negativ: The placement of electric sockets in the flat is weird. Instructions on how to find the flat were not precise enough. Easy to pick up the key... But after that you need to figure out yourself where the flat is. There are no signs, there are no flat numbers. Tip: the entrance to the flat is directly from the courtyard (the little parking at the back). It is the last flat out of three (at the very end).

Positiv: Small flat with kitchen, seems it has all you need for a couple of days stay. Good location, 10-15 mins walk to shopping center and metro station, and 5 mins walk to tram station.

Negativ: Small toilet, and not much comfortable, but clean all is working fine,

Good stay with great value for money

Positiv: The studio is as advertised and includes the amenities communicated. It is quite close both to an S-Bahn station and a tram station. If you are coming with a dog (as I did) there is a park nearby. Moreover, lack of supplimentary payment if coming with the dog and free (and secured) parking is a huge plus.

Negativ: The shower should be cleaned a bit better as there is a really bed smell coming from the drain. Also, a reading light would help not to keep the main light open if reading in bed. The area is quite dirty but it isn’t much different from everywhere else in Berlin that is not the Mitte.

Apartament w znakomitej lokalizacji. Cisza i spokój

Positiv: Znakomita lokalizacja, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, czystość, cisza i spokój

Negativ: Brak zmywarki, czasami zawieszał się internet.

Positiv: Muy buena ubicación , cerca de la estación que combina con varios medios de transporte, de un shopping y un supermercado.

Positiv: Ubicación muy cerca de la estación para poder desplazarse en metro y tren por Berlín. Centro comercial con supermercado muy cerca

Negativ: Todo correcto, únicamente pondría una cortina en la cristalera del techo. Amanece muy temprano y entra mucha luz. Si no estás acostumbrado a eso, cuesta dormir. Por lo demás perfecto.

Positiv: Perfektní malé ubytování, vhodné pro přespání. Hned naproti je skvělá pekárna!
