Positiv: Die sehr gute Lage der Wohnung. Es war nachts ruhiger als erwartet. Die hohen Decken.
Negativ: Der Zugang zum Bad ist für ältere Menschen, sehr große oder dickere oder mobiltätseingeschränkte Menschen nur schwer möglich, da man fünf steile Stufen hochsteigen muss. Zudem ist es für große Menschen nicht möglich, in der Badewanne beim Duschen zu stehen, da die Decke sehr niedrig ist. Dies müsste in der Beschreibung der Wohnung erwähnt werden.

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegende Wohnung.
Positiv: Es war eine schöne Wohnung im 60ger Jahre Charme. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral. Die nächste S Bahn ist um die Ecke. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Altmodischer Charme in Charlottenburg
Positiv: Große, ruhige und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage, hohe Räume, gemütlich und großzügig. S-Bahn und viele Restaurants ganz in der Nähe. Die Straße hat Pariser Flair. Sehr leckere Burger direkt nebenan. Schöner Blick aus dem Fenster, sogar ein kleiner Balkon ist da.
Negativ: Eine Leselampe im Wohnzimmer wäre schön.

Positiv: The apartment was spacious for three people and we each had our own sleeping space. Handy to trains (Charlottenburg station) and buses. Plenty of eating places nearby - reccomend Windburger two doors up the street. Lockbox system worked well, as did the entry phone once we figured it out. Flat was comfortable and had charm. Hosts were quick to answer queries.
Negativ: Could have done with a bit more information inside the apartment - how to use the washing machine and the buzzer for letting each other in without having to go downstairs. The steps up to the bathroom were steep but ok.

Positiv: Location of the apartment is great, it is very near shops, restaurants, u-bahn and s-bahn stations. Light and airy high ceiling rooms in a style that evokes the past. Safe area, busy but not noisy. Most of the things you need are provided.
Negativ: Bathroom and shower are difficult for tall or less mobile users (but we expected this when we booked from photos and other guest reviews). Welcome pack could be provided to help with recycling/laundry, and provision for the use of oven could have been better (missing shelf made it hard to cook for a small family).

Great location and area. Quirky and comfortable.
Positiv: Great location as very close to underground and S-Bahn as well as deli, ice cream shop, fab second hand shop just opposite. The apartment was fun and furnished in a quirky style. Lovely owner/person letting the flat - easy communication.
Negativ: It wasn't an issue for us but a warning would be that there are three steep steps up to the bathroom which may be tricky for someone less mobile.

Great time in Berlin having tons of activities during the day, knowing that a safe place waits 4us.
Positiv: Great communication from the owner, clear instructions how to reach the apartment and collect the keys. The apartment is in a nice quarter with lots of restaurants and shops. Metro station and grocery store is reachable within 5-7 minutes of walk. We spent 4 nights with little kids there and we had a great time in Berlin. Very close to the Berliner ZOO (12min by bus), which is a must in Berlin :)

Nice apartment with good location.
Positiv: The apartment is very clean and spacious. Neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Good connection to all attractions. Jana was very friendly and helpful for us. Highly recommend.

Very baroque styled apartment with good value for money.
Positiv: The apartment is very big and luxurious with high ceilings and baroque furniture. Everything was in good condition. There are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with 2 single beds), huge living room and bathroom. S-bahn station is 7 minutes walk from the apartment and there are 4 lines going to the city center. We never waited for S-bahn longer than 2 minutes.
Negativ: Bathroom is slightly upstairs so the ceiling was lower. That was uncomfortable for taller people when taking a shower. Kitchen could be cleaner.
