Positiv: Sehr coole kleine Wohnung auf 2 Stockwerken. Alles sauber, mega Lage

Wohnung in guter Lager, aber das parken ist dort teuer

Positiv: Es war direkt in der Nähe des centrums. Die Busverbindung war auch in unmittelbarer Nähe und man könnte auch damit gut in die Innenstadt fahren

Negativ: Wenn man mit dem Auto fährt kostet das parkticket 3€ pro Stunde und selbst in der Nähe gab es keine kostenlose Parkplätze

Positiv: Great location near U-bahn station. Close to some nice restaurants (try Don Pasquale and their tiramisu) and cafés (Chameleon Coffee was nice). Quiet even if it is a ground floor unit. Overall very good condition and the nice booklet left by the owners to help start your Berlin trip.

Negativ: Occasional Street life impact (people sometimes smoking in front of the apartment and smell getting in if you leave the windows opened, noise of bin collection in the morning).

Mukava ja tilava asunto Weddindissa

Positiv: Sijainti metron vieressä, hiljainen katu, kauppoja ja ravintoloita lähellä. Pyykinpesukone, kuivausteline, silitysrauta, fööni

Negativ: Suihkussa vesihana ei toimi hyvin. Ei ole tila juuri pestyille astioille. Lasipöydän kansi ei kiinnitetty hyvin, tuolit vaativat korjaamista.

Aanrader

Positiv: Goede locatie, dicht bij de haltes, schoon, een hele fijne ruimte in de kelder. Alles aanwezig wat nodig. Zelf check in is altijd fijn. Goede contact met de host.

Negativ: Een droogrek voor afwas zou fijn zijn als er geen vaatwasser is.

Consigliatissimo

Positiv: Uno dei migliori soggiorni di sempre. Appartamento perfetto, vicinissimo alla metropolitana e zona decisamente comoda per vicinanza supermercati e tutti i beni di prima necessità. Spazi della casa ottimi per godersi il soggiorno. Assolutamente consigliato!

Negativ: Tutto perfetto.

Agradable

Positiv: La ubicación. No está demasiado cerca del centro pero está muy bien comunicado y es muy fácil y rápido llegar a todos sitios. Está en un barrio tranquilo y agradable con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca.

Negativ: Que no hay persianas y la cortina del salón/habitación no cubre toda la ventana, ni la puerta. Además hay una farola justo enfrente con lo que entra toda la luz día y noche. Y con esa cortina tan pequeña se pierde privacidad.

Positiv: Alojamiento limpio, con los utensilios de cocina necesarios, incluso había café e infusiones que se agradecen, acogedor, cerca de una estación de metro y con opciones de ocio cercanas

Negativ: Lo único que echamos en falta fue una tele

Positiv: Зручна локація, привітні сусіди, сама квартира дуже зручна для подорожі із дітьми.

Negativ: На нижньому поверсі wifi майже не працює

Positiv: We waren onze sleutels vergeten binnen en ze zijn snel afgekomen om de deur te openen.

Negativ: Toen we een douche namen, liep de badkamer voor een groot deel onder water. Het zetelbed in de living is hard om op te slapen. Spijtig dat de ramen enkel op kipstand konden.
