Top Apartment, sehr empfehlenswert

Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, U-Bahn, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bus, .. Alles sehr nah. Das Appartement ist mehr als komplett ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Wirklich empfehlenswert. Kommunikation verlief absolut unkompliziert und extrem schnell.

Negativ: Wir waren als Familie dort, mit einem Kleinkind im Kinderwagen. Das Apartment ist über einen Aufzug erreichbar, aber vom Eingang bis zum Aufzug und vom Aufzug bis zum Apartment sind Treppen mit jeweils 7 bis 10 Stufen. Die sind mit Kinderwagen nicht wirklich gut zu realisieren.

Comfortable and convenient apartment

Positiv: Spacious comfortable flat with separate kitchen and bathroom and combined living, dining sleeping area but well designed so bed is apart from main space. Kitchen is well equipped for two persons, large fridge freezer, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster etc.. Bathroom is fine, shower over bath, toilet, sink. Living area has dining table and chairs, great sofa, some lovely retro furniture, tv. Great location right next to U7 metro (Richard Wagner Platz) and Charlottenburg Town Hall. Lots of eating and drinking places. The owner of the flat communicates really well. Access is via a key safe. It's on the 4th floor, there is a lift but you still need to use a couple of small flights of stairs. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and loved the area

Positiv: The apartament is quite big for family 2+2. Fully equipped kittech with coffee express, toster, microvawe and big fridge. Towers for everyone included There was warm and clean however the furniture was old fashion. The shop and Rochard Wagner metro Station is just in front of the building. Great contact with The host. In neigbourhood there are Charlottenburg palace, Old mobile muzeum and Functurum( mini Eiffle tower)

Great homey apartment in Berlin

Positiv: The apartment is very homey which is super nice. Communication with the host was great as well.

Negativ: The door/window to the balcony was faulty and would get blocked sometimes.

Negativ: Немного пошарпаный вид у окон, занавесок, плинтусы отсутствуют в нескольких местах, дверь хлипкая.

Гарні апартаменти із зручним розташуванням та чудовим обслуговуванням

Positiv: Дуже гарні апартаменти. Просторі та затишні, є абсолютно усе необхідне. Господар дуже приємний, на прохання раннього заселення відповів, що постарається це зробити. І справді зробив, це дуже полегшило нам нашу подорож.

Negativ: Все було справді добре.

Soggiorno comodo e accogliente

Positiv: Appartamento comodo al centro, raggiungibile con bus che si trova dall’altra parte della strada. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per una buona permanenza e l’appartamento era dotato di asciugamani e asciugacapelli, inoltre era molto ben arredato. Contattando su whatsapp dal numero fornito ci è stato risposto prontamente indicando come eseguire il self check in, che è stato comodo e veloce. Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno in questa struttura!
