Luxury 145 m2 Apartment with Terrace

Positiv: Die Lage der Wohnnng, sowie die Ausstattung. Großzügig und gut Platz für sechs Personen mit Baby. Ruhige Lage. Auch die Infos waren sehr gut.

Great stay in the middle of Berlin.

Positiv: Really great apartment. Located in the center and not far from anything. As described real luxus in the center of Berlin. Super kitchen with everything, great living room with large high end TV. Two nice bathrooms and surroundings were great. The whole building is fairly new and just well maintained. It was great to be able to park the car in the cellar and just take the elevator up, even though there is 24/7 police patrolling on the street (government building across the street) so I'm sure the car would have been safe on the street too. Nice and clean when we arrived. Really friendly host.

Negativ: We hoped to sit in the sun on the balcony, but Sun didn't really get there. Not sure how the apartment is placed, but I think the balcony is north or something.

Positiv: Lovely apartment in a really really good location. So convenient, safe, beautiful and tranquil but 10 mins walking distance to busy Alexanderplatz.

Negativ: For non-Europeans who are not used to the Bora hob, it would have been good to have simple instructions on how to use hob, which we didn’t think was that intuitive. Spent some time looking for instructions on YouTube.

Groot appartement op fijne locatie.

Positiv: De locatie was echt top! Goede bereikbaarheid. Het appartement was echt ruim en had goede voorzieningen.

Negativ: Het was een pre dat er twee badkamers waren, maar jammer dat de douche het in een van de twee badkamers het niet deed.

Positiv: appartement très bien situé, très belle appartement très lumineux et calme. Très confortable dans son grand espace et propre.

Negativ: les ustensiles de cuisine manquaient un peu ainsi que les couverts (fourchettes et couteaux)

Pobyt bardzo udany, na pewno będę brał ten apartament pod uwagę przy kolejnym pobycie w Berlinie.

Positiv: Fantastyczny apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Obiekt zgodny z opisem, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, bardzo fajnie zaaranżowany. Parking podziemny duży, czysty, dobrze oświetlony, bezpieczny. Wszystko na wysokim poziomie. Polecam.

Appartamento perfetto

Positiv: La casa è bellissima, spaziosa, molto accogliente, pulita e silenziosa: è attrezzata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza. A disposizione abbiamo trovato anche molteplici guide di Berlino in lingua inglese. La posizione è ottimale. A due passi da due ingressi U-bahn da cui si arriva in ogni zona di interesse e accanto a Alexanderplatz, una delle attrazioni principali di Berlino, comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. Molto molto consigliata. Sicuramente se torneremo cercheremo disponibilita di questo appartamento. L'host si è informato costantemente che avessimo tutto il necessario per stare bene. Molto molto gentile

Positiv: Appartamento confortevole e ben attrezzato, bella vista e luminoso.

Great location, perfect for families with pre teens and/or adults.

Positiv: Great location really close to Alexanderplatz and a metro stop is across the street. The apartment was really comfortable with quality amenities that made our stay really comfortable.

Negativ: One request would be a manual for the appliances, etc within the apartment. Luckily we were familiar with some of the appliances but we had to Google how to use some of the others. The beds were also a bit uncomfortable, but that’s more preference based.
