Positiv: Die Wohnung war sauber und warm, eine geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Alles war vorhanden: saubere Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Handseife, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkoffer, Bügeleisen etc.

Negativ: In einem Zimmer war die Matratze nicht bequem, zu hart.

Positiv: It was very Close to the U-Bahn. We could leave or luggage before Check in in the Appartement

Negativ: It was a bit noisy.

Perfect apartment in Berlin!!

Positiv: Everything was perfect and comfortable. Very nice and clean apartment in a good location. We were 5 people and we were very happy during our accommodation. There is a supermarket near and this is very convenience for us.

Great value for the money

Positiv: Great apartment, very modern, big bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, warm and comfy furniture, stylish design. Everything you may need for a great couple of days with your friends/ big family in Berlin.

Negativ: The pavement is very near the windows, the apartment being located on the ground floor directly in the street. There is noise coming from the street at night and one may get weird feelings when you see people's shadows at the window.

Feel cosy and like a local in this lovely appartment in Friendrichshain

Positiv: Great location, feel like a local of the city. If you want to experience the East side of Berlin, this place on the ground floor is perfectly close to the metro, a supermarket and the hip scene neighbourhood. The sleeping rooms are big, new, tidy and cosy. The kitchen is big too and the bathroom is warm, light and tidy.

Negativ: There is one room which serves as the living room. The room has a cigarette smell and the couch and table are not placed well to chill or watch TV, so it’s a bit redundant. The owners said they plan to change this very soon.

Positiv: El tamaño y distribución de espacio. Muy limpia y equipado. A 5 minutos del metro

Negativ: Nada

很有惊喜，一家人入住很舒适

Positiv: 房间很大很舒适，配套设施餐具等很齐全，温度适宜，暖气很OK 位置也很方便停车，房东是个很有艺术品味的人，很精致的装修

Negativ: 唯一美中不足是卧室靠近街道 偶尔会有人声

Positiv: The apartment was very comfortable for our big group. It has everything you need for a nice stay; comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen and close to public transportation.

Negativ: There wasn't enough seating on the living space.
