Super Location. Gross hat alles was man braucht.
Positiv: Super Location. Und der Gastgeber reagiert auf die Bewertungen. Es gibt mittlerweile Kaffe und Tee. Ich finde es braucht kein Mikrowelle da genügend Topf und Pfanne vorhanden sind. Vielleicht besser Beschreibung auf Englisch wie man die Wohnung öffnet.
Negativ: Wir wär zu 5 gewesen aber dann nur 4 dann ist es etwas zu teuer. Die heiss Wasser in der Dusch was auch nicht so heiss. Was im Herbst nicht so toll ist.

Perfekt für einen längeren Berlinaufenthalt mit 4-5 Personen.
Positiv: Sehr schöne gemütliche großzügige Wohnung. Trotz Erdgeschosswohnung sehr ruhig.
Negativ: Es war alles super. Wir hatten nur nicht den richtigen Schlüsselcode und wussten nicht , dass es eine Schlüsselbox gibt, die auch nicht gleich auffindbar war. Eine genauere Zugangsbeschreibung wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Great apartment and location, but noisy, poor access system, and frustrating host miscommunication
Positiv: Overall, the apartment was great! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is also fantastic.

Comfortable and well located!
Positiv: The location is really great! With a supermarket right at the door open until late, plenty of public transport, and just 12 minutes away from the Alexanderplatz square (20 mins walking). The kitchen was well-equipped with a toaster, dishwasher, functional laundry machine, and an iron. The house is spacious, with enough room for all 6 people (giant sofa bed). The bathrooms have good showers with great pressure and temperature.
Negativ: We had a setback, and the door system that opened with a digital code to enter the property without keys broke on the day we checked in. However, the owner was very quick the next day in giving us the keys, and we considered it a one-off situation. The individual duvets were a bit short in size (for taller people, it's a bit uncomfortable). The checkout time is very early at 10 AM, and we didn't have the option for a later checkout, which is always a downside for those on vacation.

A brilliant couple of days in an interesting city!
Positiv: The apartment was spacious and clean and in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Near the tram for getting around.
Negativ: It would be better to have a blind on the bathroom which faced the street!

Wonderful time in a wonderful place
Positiv: Very comfortable and huge appartment in a convenient location - close to public transport, some food and drink places nearby, a quiet district of Prenzlauer Berg. All furniture and equipment freshly new. Comfortable sleeping rooms and beds, Big and well equipped bathrooms and kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Large and comfortable living room. Parking on the street around also available (1 Eur/h), places for bikes on inner yard of the building (gate normally closed). Just like home!

Great location and comfortable stay!
Positiv: The apartment was spacious and pretty quiet. Blackout blinds were great to have and we used each night. Kitchen had good supplies. Location was super to grocery, shops and restaurants as well as transit.
Negativ: The only issue we had was getting in and needed to call the property manager to come let us in. The code did not work and we had to turn on our WiFi service to access the apt. Would have been good to let visitors know in advance Wi-Fi is needed.

Stor, lækker lejlighed med god placering
Positiv: Dejligt kvarter med masser af små cafer og spisesteder. Sporvogn tæt på og nemt at komme rundt. Der var supermarked i nærheden.
Negativ: Vi havde problemer med varmen og fik ikke den hjælp vi havde brug for. Vi havde derfor tre dage uden varme i lejligheden.

Positiv: Tüm ihtiyaçlara hitap eden zevkle döşenmiş eşyaları, temizliği ve marketlere-merkeze yakınlığı nedeniyle konumunu beğendik.
Negativ: Çamaşır makinası deterjanı olmaması ve TRT Deutsch vs. gibi TRT kanallarının televizyonda kaydedilmemiş olması, ısıtma sisteminin devreye alınması zorluğu beğenmediğim noktalarıydı.
