Positiv: Die Lage und die Ausstattung ist super. Es ist die perfekte Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden gern wiederkommen.

Negativ: Leider wird gerade nebenan ein neues Haus gebaut. Dadurch war der Lärmpegel bei offenem Fenster ziemlich hoch.

Positiv: All things that you need in the kitchen. Also iron/washing machine and dryer available. Quiet property and nice place to sit outside in the garden.

Negativ: We've enjoyed our stay , however there are few small things that slightly annoyed us. 1. We've questioned whether the bed is a double bed with one mattress and not 2 separate single mattresses and we've been told before our arrival that yes it it a double bed with one mattress and not 2. However this was not true which really disappointed us as we've questioned this before and it it's one of the most important things for us when we are choosing our stay. 2. We've requested for an early check in and been told that this will depend on the availability on that day and how soon the apartment will be cleaned, which is understandable, however after 3pm our place has not been ready yet, we've entered the apartment while cleaner was still cleaning and told us that it's not ready so we have to wait , I believe we have checked in at about 3:15 pm which is not a massive issue however since we requested and early check in which was not possible, we would of expected that flat is ready by 3 pm sharp according to the rules. 3. We had some issues with the door code which was not working at first and we've been telling this through the messages and was keep getting the links to the same instructions even tho we've said many times that we've followed all instructions and still can't get in. Finally after 30mins of trying, someone called us and changed to a new code so we entered straight after that, which could of been done earlier. 4. We've originally added some extra days to our trip and booked 2 nights extra on top of our original dates - we've been advised that it's not a problem and we don't have to worry about as we are the same guests staying the whole stay so we don't have to check in or check out again, however cleaner came to us at 10am asking when we will check out, so we had to explain that we are not leaving.

Perfect stay for singles or a couple.

Positiv: Good location, very well connected with a lot of nice restaurants, cafes, bars, and supermarkets walking distance away. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. There was a garden with a table and chairs which was great for enjoying breakfast. The bathroom is very nice, and the building is very quiet at night.

Negativ: The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Attending a conference from a cosy location

Positiv: I was in Berlin for a conference and made the wise decision of staying close to the venue. It was a very good decision for a number of reasons such as transportation strike that brought public transport to a halt. However, it was also a very good decision because this flat is very cosy and has all the amenities that you'll need when on a short trip in Berlin. It is also very close to metro stations such as Bismarckstrasse and Deutsche Oper. The flat itself is spacious enough and the toilet is nicely done, especially the shower. Special thanks to the host for being receptive and clear with communication. Will definitely consider staying here again should opportunity present itself.

Negativ: Part of floor (towards the table) needs a bit of a scrub. Addition of a microwave would be really handy.

Positiv: Relaxed and quite place. Everything was clean and at hand. Yael was very helpful and kind. I felt welcome. Location very good. Loved the terrass as well.

Negativ: Finding the keys can be a bit challenging at first, but the pictures provided help a lot!
