Blue Chili 31 - Stadtwohnung für 7 - modern zentral Karlshorst Wlan

wenn es uns wieder mal in die Hauptstadt zieht, sind wir gerne wieder in einer der Blue Chili Ferienwohnungen zu Gast!

Positiv: die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen und schönen Stadtteil Berlins. Zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten zur S-Bahn, und die S-Bahn fährt alle 10 Minuten Richtung Innenstadt. In gut 20 Minuten erreicht man den Alexanderplatz. die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sehr ruhig gelegen, das Haus ist null hellhörig und der Blick geht von Küche und Wohnzimmer in den grünen Innenhof. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man benötigt und noch etwas mehr. wenn wir mit dem Auto angereist wären, hätten wir in der Straße sicherlich problemlos einen Parkplatz gefunden. In 2 Minuten ist man bei einem Edeka, in 3 Minuten bei weiteren vielfältigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zweimal die Woche gibt es sogar einen kleinen Wochenmarkt ganz in der Nähe. die Betten waren ultra bequem und wir haben alle richtig gut geschlafen. Die Vermieter waren stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Negativ: es gab nichts worüber wir uns beschweren müssten.

Gute Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Positiv: Wir waren zufrieden, alles wie beschrieben! Es gab 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 5 großen Betten! Die Wohnung war sauber!

Negativ: Kellerwohnung war nicht so mein Fall.

Positiv: Cleanliness confortable and well located. Kitchen is well equipped.

Negativ: The linen are very old. There are not proper shits for the bed.

Great apartment in East Berlin

Positiv: Great location in Karlsvorst, supermarket across the street, trams and train station at the end of the street on the main road with lots of shops and cafes. A nice park a short walk down the street and the host was easy to contact. Booking.com made an error with number of people staying so when we arrived there wasn't enough beds made up. We called the host and he was so helpful and promptly arrived with bedding and made up another bed for us.

Negativ: Being an older building the toilet doesn't flush as easy as modern toilets, so you need to hold the flush button for a longer time.

Positiv: Lähellä kulkuyhteyksiä, hyvät sängyt, suht hiljainen, kauppa naapurissa, saapumisohjeet hyvät.

Negativ: Vain yksi avain, sohva sen verran likainen ja laikukas, että vaihtoon joutaisi.

Prima locatie, prima voorzieningen in de buurt, oké plek.

Positiv: De locatie is echt prima. Dicht bij station Karlshorst, je bent met de S bahn zo in het centrum. Het appartement is ruim, dat is met 3 pubers erg fijn.

Negativ: De woonkamer, die is in verhouding met de slaapkamers klein. De bank is niet meer optimaal, de eettafel is eigenlijk te klein voor 5 personen. Ook mag het appartement een opknapbeurt hebben.

Positiv: Fine store senge, med godt faste madrasser. God plads i soveværelserne. God placering i forhold til dagligvareindkøb (100 m) og togstation (400m).

Negativ: Fint plads til 4 personer ved spisebordet, men hvis man skal sidde flere, bliver pladsen lidt trang.

Positiv: Mi estancia fue perfecta. Desde el primer momento, la atención fue increíble, siempre amables y atentos a cada detalle. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, con un ambiente hermoso y acogedor. Sin duda, un lugar excelente al que me encantaría volver. ¡100% recomendado!

Positiv: La situation avec les transports, les magasins à proximité. La taille du logement et son excellent chauffage

Negativ: Le demi sous sol d nous a surpris car non mentionné dans le descriptif
