Top Lage, gute Ausstattung, kleine Abstriche bei Details, insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe des Ostbahnhofs mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV sowie Supermärkten, Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist funktional und zugleich angenehm individuell eingerichtet, mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr zuverlässig und schnell – bei einem Problem mit dem Zugangssystem wurde sofort geholfen. Das kontaktlose Check-in hat top funktioniert.

Negativ: Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt eher einfach gehalten, was für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend ist, aber an einigen Stellen etwas funktionaler als komfortorientiert wirkt. Sonst nichts, was sich nicht direkt hätte klären lassen.

Positiv: Personal und Betreuung für Berlin ruhige Lage Bad bequemes Bett

Negativ: Ausstattung der Küche ist für Menschen die mehr als nur ein Ei kochen wollen, nicht ausreichend.

Top Lage mit Style

Positiv: Top Lage in einer ruhigen Straße mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung am Ostkreuz. Die kleine Wohnung ist liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Guter Style!

Negativ: Da die Wohnung im EG direkt neben dem Hauseingang liegt, kann es tagsüber etwas lauter und unruhiger sein. Auch ist die Wohnung tagsüber ziemlich dunkel. Da wir aber unterwegs waren, war das kein Problem für uns. Der Zugang zum Schlüsselsafe könnte besser gelöst sein - die Nummernfolge am Boden im Dunkeln hinzubekommen, war eine kleine Herausforderung.

3-Nächte Trip mit Freunden

Positiv: Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe Alles sauber Gerne wieder

Negativ: Eigentlich gab es keine negativen Sachen. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag noch, ein einfacher Toaster wäre nicht verkehrt. 😉

Group visit to Berlin

Positiv: Central location , 10 min from the station, it was comfortable for our group

Negativ: Not related to the property but there were some works close by making noise

Positiv: The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood. The owners seem to be very friendly, they left three welcome beers. The bedroom / living room is quite big. We made it our bedroom since we were 3. The space was good and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is quite clean and the shower pressure is very good!

Negativ: - It could get a new layer of paint - The sofa bed isn't very comfortable to sleep well

Clean and comfortable and suited my needs

Positiv: The location was very suitable for my personal needs. As an older person I appreciated the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor level. It was clean and comfortable and suited my needs.

Negativ: The lock box for the keys is very awkwardly located too close to the ground and behind a bush. A better position needs to be arranged. Only one bath towel was provided despite my staying being for four nights. Also, the towel was of a low quality.

Fantastic find, perfect for our weekend

Positiv: Lovely apartment- very comfortable and clean. Situated really conveniently to access all the life of Berlin. Would definitely stay again.

Negativ: Option of a double quilt. Extra pillows would be good.

Smooth and pleasant expirience

Positiv: It was a nice quiet place to stay for a couple of nights. Everything was up to my expectations, and the host was very welcoming - left some beer in the fridge as a check-in surprise. He also addressed my request to provide the invoice upon checkout.

Negativ: Key collection could be a bit more convenient - it was a bit difficult to handle the lock in the evening after rain, to see the numbers on it and put the right ones. The sink in the bathroom could also be a bit bigger/located more conveniently relative to the cabinet. But these are very minor things, hard to complain really.
