Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft hinsichtlich Preis/ Leistung

Positiv: Grundsolides Appartement mit ausreichender Ausstattung. Lage auch gut. Aus meiner Sicht würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen !

Negativ: Sauberkeit im Bad (Dusche und Waschbecken) Außenbereich / Garten etwas zugewachsen

Positiv: Gute Lage. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sauber.

Negativ: Die Terrassentür war kaputt und konnte man nicht öffnen. Die Terrasse hat keine Privatsphäre, es führt eine Straße vorbei.

Kinderorientiertes Apartment im Herzen von Prenzlauer Berg

Positiv: Lage ist sehr gut. Besonders mit Kindern eine tolle Unterkunft.

Comfortable and pleasant

Positiv: The apartment is spacious, clean, tastefully furnished with design elements, combining functionality and aesthetics! It is equipped with all the necessary amenities. The garden space to the apartment is a great advantage. The location is excellent - on the first floor in a modern building, on a very quiet and tree-lined street, near a park and many nice restaurants. There is also a supermarket nearby and a convenient bus stop with connections to key locations.

Negativ: We liked everything:)

Positiv: Apartment was very spacious, good quality furnishings, beds very comfortable, check in straight forward. Is in a great location with lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby, good transport links.

Negativ: Owners quick to respond to WhatsApp but didn't respond to emails. We asked if we could leave our luggage there for a few hours on our checkout day as we had a late flight, we appreciate that there were other guests checking in that day but disappointingly the owners wouldn't allow us to leave our luggage!

The stay was good, there were many supermarkets around and it wasn’t far from town. The apartment was beautiful

Positiv: The apartment was spacious and looked good. The host provided everything we needed and after following the instructions we were able to get into our apartment easily

Negativ: The bathroom shower door did not close properly. This was not too much of a bother but could definitely be better

Positiv: Great location close to tram and the Berlin Wall Memorial. Nice quiet neighbourhood

Heerlijke uitvalslocatie om Berlijn te ontdekken.

Positiv: Het appartement lag op een fijne rustige locatie, en toch dichtbij het centrum. Supermarkt in de buurt was ook fijn. Er was ruim voldoende handdoeken en zeep etc. aanwezig. Goed en veel warm water voor de fijne douche.

Negativ: In de kamer kon het raam niet op een kier, alleen de grote tuindeur kon open, maar voor in de nacht is dat niet plezierig. De vaatwasser werkte slecht, uiteindelijk hebben we alles met de hand gedaan.

Fijne tijd met ons gezin op een toplocatie.

Positiv: Toplocatie! Fijne ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Negativ: Afscheiding tussen terras en straat.
