Eine gute Unterkunft um Berlin zu entdecken.

Positiv: Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat einen hübschen Garten, den man mit den Gästen der anderen Wohnungen teilt. Zugang zur Wohnung über eine steile Treppe, ebenfalls steile Treppe innerhalb der zweistöckigen Wohnung. Für ältere Menschen und kleine Kinder deshalb nicht so geeignet. Wir waren eine Familie mit erwachsenen Kindern und Partner - für uns war es perfekt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist für eine Familie sehr geeignet, ruhig, gute ÖV Verbindung ins Zentrum mit 12min. Fussweg zum Bahnhof durch ruhiges, angenehmes Quartier - auch nachts kein Problem. Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Wir würden wieder kommen - danke!

Negativ: Putzlappen für die Küche selber mitnehmen...

Positiv: ruhige Lage sehr gut. Anbindung an S Bahn grundsätzlich gut. Wohnung geräumig, viel Platz.

Negativ: Schienenersatzverkehr Marienfelde Attilastrasse zeitraubend, Alternative Bus U6 Alt Mariendorf auch nicht schneller. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Verfügbarkeit eines Besens sowie Handfeger und Kutterschaufel wäre gut, um zwischendurch die Krümel unter dem Esstisch zu beseitigen

Positiv: The location, the space, the friendliness the whole aspect and surroundings, easy to get to city centre totally relaxing quiet suburb ideal for RxR

Negativ: There was nothing to complain about

Positiv: Nice garden, very big and clean apartment. Hosts were very nice! Supermarket, bus and S-Bahn stations are nearby. Worth the money.

Negativ: We needed to be near the BfR so location was great for us, but if you are coming for sightseeing, city center is a little bit far (40 min with S-Bahn).

Positiv: Nice and well equipped apartment, in a quiet, green and relaxing Neighborhood of Berlin, near to the S bahn station, that allows you to reach the city center in a few time. Futhermore, I appreciated the kindness of the host to meet our necessities to leave the luggages outside the check in and check out time.

Negativ: Nothing in particular to report.

Positiv: Everything. The garden was gorgeous, the facilities modern and in good condition. Beds were a little bit hard for some of our group but otherwise comfortable. TV can connect to YouTube and Netflix for those quiet evenings in. Well located to travel lines into Berlin, genuinely just an amazing place.

Negativ: I didn't like that we had to leave at the end of our stay. We wanted to stay even longer!

Nice apartment and attentive owner. Despite some (minor) inconveniences it was still well worth it.

Positiv: - The apartment was nice, clean, and spacious, and came with many useful/luxurious facilities. - The owner was attentive and quick to respond to our questions at the time; for example, when the WIFI broke and we made the owner aware of this it was fixed by the time we got back to the apartment later that day. - When we arrived there were tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine, which was nice. - There's a supermarket close by. - The accommodation is located in a quiet neighborhood a fair distance away from the city center. It's only 0.8-1km away from the nearest S-Bahn station, so it'll still only take you about half an hour to get to the city center.

Negativ: - The door to our apartment could be opened with a key or by entering a code, but entering the (correct) code would often just not open the door; even if we entered it >5 times. Resulting in us having to message the owner and have him open it for us remotely (which felt a bit creepy but alas), after this we were told that the door does this sometimes and we should either just keep trying with the code or bring the keys with us. This combined with us only having gotten a single key for a 5-person apartment caused some minor inconveniences. - Three of the five beds are located in the living room portion of the apartment, meaning that only two people can go to bed if there are people that want to stay up and watch TV/play games/etc. - The matrasses were quite hard and a bit uncomfortable. - Some kitchen cutlery wasn't included; for example, a cheese grater or a big non-soup spoon.

Positiv: Ambiente espaçoso, claro e bem equipado. Boa localização em um bairro residencial. Facil acesso a mercados e transporte público.

Negativ: As unicas ressalvas são a falta de micro-ondas e a Internet que oscilava bastante.

Positiv: 넓어서 좋았어요. 침실 외에 거실 등 공유공간이 넉넉했습니다. 집 안에 뜰이 있어서 좋았습니다.

Negativ: 계단으로만 되어 있어서 캐리어를 옮기는 일이 무척 힘들었어요. 여분의 타올이 없었고, 준비해간 개인 타올을 썼어요.

Komfortowy i przyjemny pobyt w Berlinie dzięki temu noclegowi.

Positiv: Komunikatywni właściciele, zwróciliśmy się z prośbą o dodatkową pościel a właściciel niezwłocznie spełnił naszą prośbę. Mieszkanie ma wszystko czego można potrzebować. Świetna lokalizacja, w samym centrum. Czysto.
