Positiv: The apartment is great, and its location is perfect. This neighborhood is quiet and very nice!

Negativ: The coffee machine is not for espresso, and there was noise from the street below.

location is very good, comfy for 2 1/2 families

Positiv: the location is very good. we hopped off train in Sudkreuz which is walking distance from the place. when S-bahn drivers were on strike, the busses are frequent and take you to the center in no time. Habibi falafel around the corner on Akazienstrasse was a delight

Negativ: the entrance to the building was reeky from time to time. sometimes, other people used to buzz the appartment, guess cuz they knew it'd open the front doors. not very pleasing when it happens late at night (and i did not play around with setting the tone down)
