Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter waren sehr gut. Vielen Dank!
Positiv: Für unsere Zwecke war die Lage sehr gut, denn nach der Anreise mit dem Auto haben wir fast ausschließlich öffentliche Verkehrsmittel benutzt. Das Auto konnten wir auf dem Hof abstellen, das hätte sonst ein Vermögen gekostet (auf der Straße 0,75 € pro 15 Minuten). Am Tag der Abreise konnten wir das Auto nach dem Verlassen der Wohnung noch 2 Stunden auf dem Hof stehen lassen, weil wir noch eine Verabredung in der Nähe hatten. Das war super.
Negativ: Die Verdunkelung nachts könnte besser sein. Die Gardine mussten wir an der Laufschiene befestigen, weil eine Plastik-Rolle kaputt gebrochen war. Offensichtlich war das nicht das eerste Mal, denn die Laufschiene enthielt diverse kaputte Platik-Rollen.

Gute Lage, perfekt für Minimalisten
Positiv: Lage perfekt checkin und out war unkompliziert Ausstattung war gut, vor allem die Bücher auf dem Regal Bett war bequem

Uns hat es gefallen!
Positiv: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Man kann mit Bus und Bahn ganz Berlin erkunden. In nächster Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Lokale und Bars in denen man essen und trinken kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, sogar Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden (wurden allerdings von uns nicht genutzt)
Negativ: Die Hauseingangstür ließ sich nicht verschließen. Der Fernsehempfang war sehr schlecht.

Positiv: Great location, clean and quiet apartment and neighborhood. Plenty of shops, restaurants and several metro stations nearby. The apartment itself was very comfortable - spacious, with a large balcony, very clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was also a washing machine and a TV, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a great place to stay and we would gladly come back.

Value for money and home from home
Positiv: Felt like my own sweet for 7 nights. If you wanted this in hotel then you would pay 3 times this much. Such good value and perfect position.
Negativ: The fact that I only stayed there 7 nights

Great place in the middle of schöneberg
Positiv: -Quiet but central location. -Apartment was recently renovated, everything we needed was there. -secure private parking in the courtyard. -good beds with decent matresses and slatted frames -kind host, check-in and requests were handled properly.
Negativ: It's a studio, so you can hear people in the corridor. But it was ok.

Super comfortable bed in great location
Positiv: Excellent location close to bus, u-bahn and supermarkets, and about 30 min walk from central city. It's in a quiet street across the road from a playground, ATM, laundrette and mini market, and above a cafe. Studio is large and well equipped with comfortable bed, plus table and chairs etc. Good kitchen with full oven. Building has lift (elevator). Excellent communication with owner/ manager. Has washing machine, balcony, clothesline. Highly recommend.
Negativ: It would be useful to have some smaller cooking pots. This is an apartment in a residential building, airbnb style, in a city with a housing shortage. We usually avoid these for ethical reasons so just flagging it for those who want to know. It is an awesome place to stay though - kind of glad we didn't realise when we booked it.

Positiv: Really nice location, near the center. The room has a lot of space even for 3 people. Also the kitchen has everything you need to make your self a proper meal.
Negativ: The only problem we face was the toilet flush. Our host tried to fix it but it didn't work properly all the time. We found a work around and it didn't bother us that much.
