Positiv: Wir haben schon viele Unterkünfte in der Gegend getestet und diese hier ist mit Anstand unser Favorit! Tolle geräumige Wohnung in top Lage und sogar mit Parkplatz (das gibt es so gut wie gar nicht in der Gegend). Abwicklung und Kommunikation haben wunderbar und reibungslos funktioniert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage.
Positiv: Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung ist geräumig, die Übergabe war problemlos. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus für Autofahrer toll, der Preis dafür ok.
Negativ: Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist irreführend: Im Prosatext werden ein Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer aufgeführt. Tatsächlich gibt es 1 Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer ist zusätzlich ein Doppelbett aufgestellt. Zusätzlich gibt es in der großen Küche noch eine Couch. Man kann sich damit arrangieren, aber in der Beschreibung sollte das deutlich werden.

Positiv: Wohnung entprach absolut der Beschreibung,/den Bildern . Sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet. Für unser Empfinden top Lage. Verwalter ( Schlüsselübergabe) freundlich und entspannt
Negativ: 2 Schlüssel für 4 Personen erfordert gute Planung. Oder Warten auf dem Mäuerchen im zugänlichen Hinterhof....

Positiv: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Alles war sauber. Es kann ein durch Schranke gesicherter Parkplatz dazu gebucht werden. Die Lage direkt an der Frankfurter Allee ist perfekt zur Stadtbesichtigung, zumal direkt im Gebäude die U-Bahn Station ist.
Negativ: Uns hat alles gefallen.

Wir kommen wieder!
Positiv: Waren zum zweiten Mal mit der Familie in dieser Whg. Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe war super. Danke Herr Prengemann! Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Gut für Kinder geeignet, allerdings einige Treppen zu überwinden, mit Kinderwagen nicht ganz einfach.
Negativ: Schiebehilfe über die Treppen um auf Aufzugsebene zu gelangen (Metallbretter o.äh. wären prima.

Positiv: We were a family of three and the property was absolutely great for a stay of 15 days. The property had everything required for a long stay. Perfect location, near the U-bahn, lot of good restaurants nearby and everything required was available in the apartment. It was a memorable stay and we will surely come back.
Negativ: Nothing major but the internet was unstable during some part of the day and also in some specific areas like the Kitchen. Another small thing was the Vaccum cleaner was stinking, we wanted to clean the apartment but couldn't do it.

Excellent location and Bright Spacious Apartment
Positiv: Spacious and comfortable. Equipped with all the essentials, shampoo, body wash, tea, coffee, sugar, condiments. Great location very close to Frankfurter Tor u bahn and lift to subway as we had a wheelchair user in our group. Lift in our building but, for information, there are 3 steps to the level the lift is on.
Negativ: Overall very good but having the television and largest sofa in the biggest bedroom is not ideal. Perhaps better to have television on wall in kitchen.

Great apartment, you should book it.
Positiv: This apartment was fantastic for our week-long stay! The location is great, not city center but with easy access to public transportation. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen essentials to cozy beds. The host was also amazing! He was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering helpful tips for exploring the city.
Negativ: Just a heads-up for light sleepers: The location's central might be a bit noisy for some, especially at night. If you, like my friend, are sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing earplugs. However, for most travelers, the convenience of the location will outweigh this minor detail.

Great accommodation for a week in Berlin
Positiv: Great location very close to the U Bahn station so easy to get around the city. The apartment was really good for two couples - space to chill out and relax after lots of sightseeing!N?A
