Unkopizierte kleine Ferinewohnung nahe Böhmisches Viertel

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus. Der Eingang ist vom Hof aus über eine eigene Eignangstür mit einer (oder zwei?) Stufen. Es ist eine ruhige Straße in der Nähe des Böhmischen Viertels in Neukölln mit guter Anbindung an Öffis und vor allem reichlich Nextbikes rundherum zu Ausleihen

Negativ: Das Schlafzimmer ist (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen) ziemlich improviesirt. Die hintere Seite des Doppelbettes ist sinvoll nur zu erreichen indem man einmal übr das Bett klettert. Die Nachttischlampe \

Ticked the boxes

Positiv: Easy to access on arrival, quiet area. Everything you needed. One fan was broken so once reported it was exchanged straight away. Good location for us visiting family. Nice shower.

Negativ: Shortcomings were minor, but in addition to a very comfortable couch (which apparently could have been made into a second bed, but we didn't need it), the main room could have had a second comfortable chair for sitting. Also, we were there in September, and when a couple cool wet days occurred, the heat came on, kept the apartment comfortable, but then was VERY difficult to turn down when it warmed up again. Need help to get it fixed,

Perfecto para 2

Positiv: El espacio es muy cómodo, estuvimos en tres y fue muy cómodo, pero serie perfecto para 2 para aprovechar del sofá. El baño muy grande y la ducha genial

Negativ: Algunos detalles faltan, es incómodo lavar los platos, faltan trapos para secarlo y donde poner los platos mojados. En la habitación tenía enchufes con cinta americana, un poco peligroso. El cierre con código tengo dudas sobre la seguridad.

Positiv: Charmant appartement, avec une alcôve chambre et un canapé lit confortable, une grande salle de bain et une kitchenette.

Negativ: Appartement en rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la cour d'un immeuble d'habitation, qui fait office de parking à velos avec local poubelles. Génère un peu de nuisance sonore le matin, sauf si fenêtres fermées.

Bien ubicado y cómodo

Positiv: Muy buen distribuida y equipada. Muy lindo barrio. Cerca de todo. Subte a 1 cuadra. Nos quedamos 4 personas y no tuvimos inconvenientes

Negativ: Realmente estaba todo bien

Oltre ogni aspettativa!

Positiv: L’appartamento vissuto è ancora meglio che in foto: è posto al piano terra su una via secondaria, vi si accede da un cortile interno, rimane sempre molto silenzioso e quieto. Estremamente pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort (microonde, bollitore, lavatrice). Viaggiavo da sola e mi sono sentita sicura sia in casa, sia nel quartiere anche tornando a casa tardi la sera. Comodissimo anche il self check-in!

Negativ: Niente, mi è piaciuto tutto e spero di soggiornare nuovamente qui la prossima volta che torno a Berlino.

Parfait point de chute pour se reposer après des bonnes journées de visite

Positiv: L'appartement est très bien situé à quelques pas du métro (qui nous conduisait en 20 minutes dans le centre de Berlin), d'un côté quartier très vivant et de l'autre petit village. L'ambiance de l'appartement est très cocooning (après des journées de marche, cela fait du bien), bien chauffé et bien équipé.

Negativ: Un petit fauteuil supplémentaire dans le salon serait le bienvenu quand le canapé sert de lit !
