Great Apartment in Berlin Neukölln

Positiv: Gute Lage in S-Bahnnähe. Praktikable Unterkunft für Gruppen.

Negativ: Der Duschablauf war bei unserem Aufenthalt überfordert.

Positiv: rugige Stelle, Lidl in der Nähe , Erdgeschoss, alles sauber

Negativ: nix

Schöne Wohnung für große Gruppen

Positiv: Wohnung gut ausgestattet, auch für mehrere Leute ausreichend, zwei Handtücher für jeden, großer Esstisch und schön große Dusche. Hatte alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht.

Negativ: Zu wenig Klopapier, die Türen quietschen und lassen sich teilweise kaum schließen. Gastgeber hat am Tag des Checkouts unangekündigt in die Wohnung geschaut (absolutes No-Go, besonders in so einer Gegend) um zu sagen dass wir 10 Minuten früher auschecken müssen. Unverständlich nachdem die Uhrzeit auf allen Plattformen mit 10 Uhr angegeben ist und nicht mit 9:50.

Positiv: The apartment is located (as far as I can tell from the entrance) in a former commercial space. It's very spacious, with cafés and the metro nearby.

Negativ: I think the bathroom drain should be renovated, as the water under the shower takes an extremely long time to go down. The doors to the rooms don’t close properly, and I would suggest replacing the handles. The coffee machine greeted us with a cleaning request, so we didn’t use it. Oh, and the listing should clearly mention the security deposit (€150). It was the first time we encountered such a requirement in Berlin. It's fine if it exists, but it definitely shouldn’t be hidden, we found out about that from other opinions.

Berlin trip

Positiv: Nice , specious apartment close to the station. Everything you need in the apartment.Good location. Big living room with a TV. Sofa there needs replacement :)

Negativ: I didn't like to fact that I wasn't told in advance that I willl have to pay deposit of 150euro blocked from my credit card. It's a first time I came a cross such a thing. I guess German's rather be safe then sorry in case of damage.

We were there to enjoy Berlin and see the city for a few days and absolutely enjoyed our stay

Positiv: Very nice and clean apartment, close to the S-Bahn Stop “Sonnenallee”. There are loads of cute cafes and bars in the area of Neukölln and close to the apartment. Even though it is on the ground floor and close to a busy street the rooms are very quiet.

Negativ: One bathroom for that many people is a little tricky but with a bit of time management it worked out.

Nice, big and clean. Good position but a lot of noice comes from street

Positiv: Nce apartment and enough big. Easy to find and access inn check. A lot of restaurants. Shops and coffee shops. Easy to park the car or get a parking or get a public transport

Negativ: The apartment is right on the street . So you must expect a lot of noice of street and people in midnight.

Positiv: Dobrá komunikace s provozovatelem. Hezké prostorné pokoje. Pohodlná postel. Čisté. Parkování bylo možné v ulici. Doporučuji pizzerii Vier Ecken - Seasonal Pizza kousek od ubytování.

Mooie benedenwoning op handige locatie in Berlijn

Positiv: Mooie locatie vlak bij een Lidl supermarkt en bij het openbaar vervoer. Fijne bedden en douche. Gratis goed werkende WiFi.

Negativ: Accomodatie was niet schoon gemaakt bij aankomst. Dit waren ze vergeten. Na melden kwamen ze ‘s avonds de bedden nog verschonen en handdoeken wisselen.

Positiv: Przestronne, czyste i wygodne mieszkanie. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Blisko do autobusu i S-Bahn. Zaciemniające rolety.

Negativ: Konieczność zapłacenia kaucji, o której nie było informacji w ofercie i która była poza systemem booking.
