Preis Leistung gut

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist schön aufgeteilt und groß genug und hat eine Terasse im Hinterhof, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Vermieter meldet sich sehr schnell. Die Lage ist gut und sehr gute ÖPNV Anbindung.

Negativ: Das Bad ist recht klein, und das ein oder andere im dem Appartement könnte ausgebessert/erneuert werden. Man kann nicht wirklich gut lüften, da ein Fenster auf dem Gehweg rausgeht.

Schöne saubere Wohnung für einen guten Preis würde ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft war top! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war reibungslos und ging einfach. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, perfekt für einen Gruppenausflug.

Negativ: Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb man hat jedoch eine Tram Station vor der Tür und mit uber ist alles in 15-20min erreichbar.

Great place to be when you are in Berlin

Positiv: Location is very good. The tram is only a few minutes from the apartment. Quiet area, typical East Berlin. Across the road there is a bakery and a great Turkish restaurant. The apartment has a wonderful little garden to enjoy.

Negativ: The gallery with two steps is relatively low and I hit myself every time I climbed. that you need to know.

Really good apartment

Positiv: Good conditions, clean, super near to city centre and really kind personal.

Negativ: We enjoyer all the the apartment but you need to be aware that upstairs bedroom could be so warm if you don’t control the heat.

Positiv: Enough place for 5 people. 3 minutes walk to tram stop. Very polite and pleasant owner. Check-in and check-out were very quick and comfortable. The apartment is warm. The apartments have all amenities. Hairdryer, ironing board and iron, beautiful terrace. 500m to Rewe store. Many thanks to the owner and cleaning lady for their work =)

Positiv: The location is great. Nice neighborhood, close to tram and a nice terrace if you are there in summer.

Negativ: The smell of the bathroom. The bathroom is small for the number of beds and the ceiling upstairs is low for adults, but fine if you are with a family with children.

Bon apartament, còmode, net i agradable per una estada curta a Berlin.

Positiv: L'apartament està super bé. Net, agradable i decorat amb molt de gust. Tot i ser un antic local comercial, situat a nivell de carrer, és molt tranquil i silenciós. Té un pati interior molt maco. Els llits son molt còmodes. L'apartament està ben cuidat i net.

Negativ: Està bastant apartat del centre però com que hi ha un tramvia aprop i amb moltes combinacions, arribes fàcilment a la plaça Alexandrplaz o altres punts de la ciutat. La pega és que només té un bany i bastant petit. Això dificulta la comoditat amb varies persones.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable

Positiv: This apartment provides a centrally located spot in Prenzlaur Berg. It's about a 15 minute walk to Kastanienallee Strass, which is full of shops, restaurants and fun. The space is clean and well furnished, the beds were very comfortable, and the loft is perfect if you're traveling with a family. The owner was quick to respond when we had a question about the apartment. If we return to Berlin I would stay here again, and would highly recommend this property to friends/family.
