Großzügiges Apartment in Friedrichshain

Positiv: Die Lage in einer sehr ruhigen Straße nicht weit von U- und S-Bahn ist wirklich gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, vor allem für Kinder ist bestens gesorgt. Ideal für einen Stadtbesuch.

Negativ: Dass man direkt vom Bürgersteig ins Wohnzimmer tritt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Da die Straße aber ruhig ist, war es kein Problem. Die elektronische Türöffnung ist etwas fummelig und es wäre gut gewesen, wenn wir einen Hinweis zur Vorgehensweise bei der Türschließung gehabt hätten. Die Wohnungsverwaltung hat uns aber nach Anruf umgehend weitergeholfen.

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist pikobello sauber, sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gab auch eine Leseecke mit Reiseführern und guten Tipps für Berlin. Auch für Familien mit Kind ist die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet, sogar mit Spielsachen und Kinderstuhl. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Späties und Cafés sind alle gleich um die Ecke. Die Kommunikation hat bestens geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Negativ: Nichts.....Es war alles Perfekt

Positiv: Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet, die S Bahn ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.. Geschäfte (auch Biomarkt) und Restaurants (Italiener Futura mit leckerster Pizza um die Ecke) in der Nähe. Appartment unkompliziert, freundliches Ambiente,, kleinkindfreundliche Spielecke, alles da, was man braucht.

Positiv: Obwohl das Apartment direkt neben einer Straße liegt hat man kaum etwas von draußen mitbekommen. Man ist sehr nah an diversen Öffis mit nur 5min Fußweg

Negativ: Eines der Doppelbetten hat leider recht geknarzt, jedoch war das für unsere Gruppe nicht der Weltuntergang :)

Das Apartment war perfekt für einen einwöchigen Urlaub in Berlin und ist sicherlich auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr gu

Positiv: Ausstattung, viel Raum, Inhaberin sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sehr familienfreundlich

Negativ: Glasfront und Haustür führen direkt zur Straße

Positiv: Die zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage ist perfekt für einen familiären Stadtetrip.

Positiv: Very convenient location for us, close to the family

Negativ: Kettle had no boiling indication

Positiv: all was good, clean, in good woking state, location is fine, shops and cafes are near, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, tea and coffee were kindly offered in the kitchen, kitchen utilities were present, electronic key is a super idea(no stress of being afraid to put it somewhere and not find, just remember the code)

Negativ: in the morning were woken up by the sound of trash bins collected as bedroom window opens up in the inner patio where they stand and it is the first floor. we did not find info about wifi, it was fine with us, we used our mobile could not find scissors in the kitchen

It is a great cheap and quality apartment in Berlin and I dint thinks you can find better place to stay with kids.

Positiv: It is a large apartment, lots of space for kids to play, but its lacking privacy from the street. There is a nespresso coffee machine. Very nice smelling shampoo.

Negativ: No bedroom door and entrace is straight on the street (like an office), but we knew this from other comments so no complain here. There is place for improvement though, so many toys for kids, but no kids toilet seat nor a potty. Could be bit cleaner behind the mattresses and the floor was bit sticky too.

Positiv: This is a wonderful apartment. The owners are very kind. We felt great during our stay.
