Positiv: Gute Lage, schnell zu erreichen. Das Loft-Ambiente ist einzigartig. Betten bequem, die Küche top ausgestattet. Zwei Duschen sind ein großer Vorteil. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Sehr schönes Appartement und super Lage

Positiv: Sehr schöne, moderne Ausstattung. Sehr gemütlich. Super Lage.

Negativ: Es hätten ein bisschen mehr Besteck und Vorhänge da sein können.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist super schön in toller Lage. Ein ganz ruhiges Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotz Berlin Mitte. Zu recht wird aber auch von den Gästen erwartet, das man sich an Ruhezeiten hält. Für uns genau passend. Die Wohnung ist groß. Auch mit 5 Leute tritt man sich nicht auf die Füße. Es gibt zwei Bäder so das man auch gleichzeitig duschen kann. Die Küche ist klein aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Frische Brötchen gibt es an der nächsten Ecke. 5 Minuten Fußweg zu verschiedenen Supermärkten. Café, Restaurants an einem kleinen Weiher auch innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Überall findet man Stationen zu Bussen, U-Bahn und S-Bahn um alles im Minutentakt zu erreichen. Aber das ist für eine Großstadt auch üblich.

Positiv: Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen.. Da die lLage der Wohnung sehr zentral war, konnten wir alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Die nächste U oder S-Bahn ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sichere Umgebung und toller Hausinnenhof. Diese schöne Wohnung, können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Positiv: Unterkunft ohne Frühstück S- und U-Bahnen fußläufig in ca. 8-10 min erreichbar

Superb stay in an actual loft!

Positiv: Yannis was super helpful and pleasant even though we came late to pick up the keys. Big thanks to you! The apartment itself is extremely spacious with ceiling up in the sky. Nice, comfy beds with sheets. Fridge that works too well (don't change the temperature or else you may wake up to enjoy your juice frozen). The building as a whole is very exquisite and the surrounding area is very peaceful even though the location is superb. Will definitely have a look if this is available for my next visit too :)

Negativ: Some of the decorations in the apartment were distasteful, e.g. Ich Bin Berliner -stickers in the main bedroom. I would recommend adding some toiletries to the apartment, as this would make the stay feel more wholesome in a sense.

Fabulous apartment in great area.

Positiv: Beautiful building, apartment in a quiet area, the apartment is on the ground floor, high ceilings and stylishly decorated. Very clean, modern and spacious. Yannis was incredibly helpful prior to, and during check in. Apartment is close to lots of transport options. Felt safe.

Negativ: Pillows were too soft! Almost like cotton wool in bags! I had to use a sofa cushion to avoid neck pain. Everything else was great though.

Amazing long weekend exploring Berlin. Fantastic property in a great location.

Positiv: Lovely bright and airy property with cool decor and excellent facilities. Great location for exploring Berlin and only 15 minutes walk from Ostbahnhof. Hosts were very accommodating and arranged a late check in for us.

Fantastic apartment two stops on the underground from the centre of Berlin.

Positiv: A very comfortable and well equipped apartment situated in a beautiful old warehouse. Property is situated a 5 min walk to the underground or 15mins to the main overground station in East Berlin with excellent links to the airport. Apartment is very quiet and the service we received from our check in manager (Yannis) was excellent. Our toaster and hairdryer broke while we were there and he replaced them both with a few hours. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Berlin.
