Apartment Berlin Paul-Robeson-Straße

Positiv: Gute zweckmäßige Ausstattung, alles blitzsauber. Die Betten waren bequem, die Bettdecken warm. Die sehr ruhige Lage im Hinterhof äußerst angenehm. Kurze Wege zu ÖPNV, wichtige Geschäfte in direkter Nähe.

Positiv: Die Lage ist prima, in nächster Nähe alles verfügbar, Coffeeshop, Supermärkte, Restaurants, U-Bahn, Straßenbahn usw. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, fast alles wichtige vorhanden, ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen, wo wir unsre Räder abstellen konnten.

Negativ: Der Boiler fiel einmal aus, wir konnten ihn aber in Gang setzen.

Großzügiges Appartement in zentraler Lage

Positiv: Das Appartement liegt in einem Wohnblock im Prenzlauer Berg. In der Umgebung sind zahlreiche kleine sehr gemütliche Restaurants. Um die Ecke ist eine Bäckerei. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Das Bett super gemütlich. Vor der Reise wir ein Türcode gesendet. Hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Negativ: Im Wohnhaus waren Bauarbeiten. Da ich früh raus musste hat mich das wenig gestört. Ich war mit dem Auto angereist. Die Parkplätze sind kostenpflichtig in den Straßen um das Haus. Je nach Uhrzeit muss man etwas suchen. Die Außenlampe war defekt. Stört bei der Codeeingabe. Im Appartement war ein unangenehmer Kanalgeruch. Es ist sehr dunkel.

Positiv: Zimmeraufteilung, grosses Bad, ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage

Negativ: Das Appartement hat anfangs ein wenig nach Zigaretten gerochen

schönes, sauberes , ruhig gelegenes Zimmer, kleine Küche, Bad. Bestens!

Positiv: Die Lage ist prima in einem Hinterhof in Prenzlauer Berg. Dadurch ist es angenehm ruhig.

Negativ: Ich empfehle dringend die Anbringung eines Haltegriffs u.ä. bei der Dusche. Diese steht auf einem Sockel und man muss beim Verlassen der Dusche freihändig mit nassen Füßen 2 Stufen herab steigen. Die Gefahr, auszurutschen ist gegeben.

Appt. Mit guter Lage in Prenzlauer Berg

Positiv: Die Lage des Appartements im Kiez Prenzlauer Berg ist sehr gut. S-, U-, Strassenbahn 200m entfernt. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken in der Nachbarschaft. Großes Shoppingcenter (Parkmöglichkeit) an der S-Bahnstation. Ruhige Lage des Appartements im Gebäude.

Negativ: Im Schlafzimmer felhlt ein Schrank oder ähnliches zur Ablage der Kleidung.

Everything we needed!

Positiv: Clean, tidy, great layout, great location, perfect for me and my 18m old son as our base camp for a few days in Berlin.

Very enjoyable.

Positiv: Location was great with local access to trams, trains and buses. Apartment was in part of a large building in a side street and was located on the ground floor on a quiet courtyard. It was clean and spacious and we were very happy with it. There were really great food outlets in our area.

Negativ: Our only issue was that I had seen a sofa bed in the photos and assumed it would be there. My daughter and I both hate sharing a bed. When it wasn't there, I contacted the owners but they said it wasn't available. I know I should have confirmed beforehand so it's not really a fault on their part.

Berlin for a weekend

Positiv: Super good location, and clear instructions for logging in. In the room, you'll find everything you will need for your staying. I was surprised about the size of the apartment. It's big! Absolutely good balance of the price and quality:)

Negativ: Warning for those who are traveling during the cold period: don't forget to take slippers, otherwise, at your apartment you'll have to stay with shoes because the floor is covered with ceramic tiles. Which I believe is perfect during the summertime.

Positiv: Zijn al meerdere keren daar geweest alles top in orde.
